OWNER & PRINCIPAL

Ms. Manning graduated with a J.D. from Washington & Lee School of Law.  She developed an interest in expungement law after working on the implementation of the District of Columbia Record Sealing Act as a Law Clerk for the Public Defender Service.  Ms. Manning has since developed expertise in this area through her academic writings and assisting with multiple expungement/ sealing filings in the District, Maryland and Virginia.

Ms. Giese graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.A. in Economics and minor in Philosophy. She brings a unique perspective to Record Absolutions having worked for a diverse group of small businesses in addition to experience at a brokerage firm and Major League Baseball team.
